We’re delighted to announce that unique womenswear brand Finery has launched their affiliate programme exclusively with Rakuten Marketing.
Born in 2014, Finery is an online womenswear brand that aims to make modern and sophisticated styling accessible, without compromising design quality. The brand was founded by the former fashion director at ASOS and former head of design at Topshop has quickly become renowned for its collection of classic pieces with a contemporary twist. In light of this exciting new launch, we’ve spoken to Olivia Delebarre, Senior Marketing Manager, at Finery to find out more about the brand and their objectives for their new affiliate programme.
Can you tell us a bit more about Finery and the story behind the brand?
Finery is a forward-thinking brand with a rich cultural interest and attitude and is built by, and for, women of character. We are driven by a desire to create clothes that are made with love and to reinspire women by the British high-street. We are very British – we don’t take ourselves too seriously and this comes across in our collections which are confident, but playful, and designed to be treasured.
Why did you choose to partner with Rakuten Marketing?
Despite Finery only being three years old, we are now firmly established in the UK market. We now want to increase our presence at the international level as we have global appeal and we have noticed a growing international customer base. We have clear growth objectives for 2018 and we felt they would be achieved more easily with the help of Rakuten Marketing and its global network.
Do you have any specific objectives for your new affiliate programme within the UK?
We would like to increase our brand awareness as well as reposition our brand perception from existing customers and prospects to focus more on our collections. We are currently creating amazing campaign imagery to reflect the quality of our products that we are launching for our new Resort and Spring Summer 2018 collections.
What kind of publishers are you looking to partner with?
First and foremost, we are looking to partner with content sites and online publications that align with our brand and can create quality content. We also want to work with loyalty and reward publishers, because we believe their users align with our existing customer base. With the rise of social media and platforms such as Instagram, we also want to work more closely with influencers and bloggers. We are open to exploring partnerships with all kinds of affiliates, so please do get in touch and we will review your application as soon as we can.
What incentives and opportunities can publishers joining the Finery programme expect to receive?
We have different levels of commission depending on whether the customer is new or returning and whether the customer has used a discount code at the checkout. We usually work on increased CPA when we feel the exposure is significant enough. In addition, we frequently send out seasonal offers during key trading periods such as Black Friday and our sales and we occasionally give our publishers exclusive vouchers or bonuses when they reach specific targets.
What is in store for Finery in 2018 and beyond?
In a nutshell, we will continue to focus on our customer, keep delivering beautiful collections and working with inspiring women.
